District Illness Policy

Students must be fever, vomiting and diarrhea free for 24 hours without medication prior to returning to school after an illness.

Medications at School

All medications to be adminstered at school must have the appropriate paperwork on file prior to administration.  A Medication Administration Form must be completed by both the parent and the child's physician for ALL medications.  This includes over the counter medications such as Tylenol, Advil and cough drops.  Click on the blue underlined text above to download a Medication Administration Form.

Nurse Lisa

Nurse Lisa attended Kansas Wesleyan University where she studied to become a Registered Nurse and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  She has a background in Labor and Delivery, allergy and asthma care, and community health nursing.  This is Nurse Lisa's third year at Wheatland Elementary school and her first year at Robert Martin Elementary.
